All sales are final. We only offer store credit.
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product(s) If you do receive a damaged item(s) please take a photo of the damaged/broken item(s) along with the original packaging slip and send it to customer service via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product(s) letting us know in detail what the issue is. If you are unable to produce your packing slip we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost In Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders under no circumstances.
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address you provided during checkout. If you’re requesting to have your order reshipped, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - Please DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO THE RETURN ADDRESS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST TO RECEIVE A RMA. IF YOU SEND YOUR ITEM TO THE RETURN ADDRESS FIRST WITHOUT CONTACTING US YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE YOUR ORDER ALL OVER AGAIN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. If you receive a damaged product please notify customer service at email@example.com ASAP. so we can assist you on what to do next. Please do not return any items until you have spoken with customer service first. If you return an item without customer service informing you on what to do. Sexy Ladies LLC dba Sexy Ladies Boutique will not be responsible for any missing or stolen items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only available if their was an error on our part. We advise our customers to check the Sizing Chart on our website to make sure that they get the correct size. If you order the wrong size, color, etc then you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, exchange cost and restocking fee of 30%. If the mistake was made on our end then we will cover the return cost.
Exchanges are permitted only for equal value provided the returned item is in salable condition and the customer pays for return and exchange shipping costs and will not be refunded shipping cost.. All returns and exchanges must be sent with an RMA number obtained through customer service via email or telephone. Items returned without an approved RMA number are subject to disposal or return at the customer's expense. If the item was damaged or defective please take a picture of the damaged good, the original packaging and a receipt and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive it and look it over someone from our customer service team will get in contact with you about the next step.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we only do exchanges so please follow the instructions for Exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
